Charlie is a graduate of the Certified Mortgage Planning Institute (CMPS), a Senior Financing Consultant, and a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA). Charlie is also radio host of "THE MORTGAGE PLACE" heard on Business Radio WBIS 1190 AM every Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM.

Charlie was born and raised and has lived his entire life in Maryland residing in Anne Arundel County. Charlie has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and currently serves the Southern Maryland area, focusing primarily on Anne Arundel, Calvert, St. Mary's, Prince Georges and Charles Counties along with Northern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. His specialty is keeping up with the latest loan programs and incorporating your mortgage into your overall financial plan. Charlie offers a full range of low and no down payment loan programs. He also works closely with those borrowers that have credit issues to improve their possibilities of achieving the American Dream.
